Step 4: Review
Only exceptions reach your team for review. Mismatches, missing fields, duplicates, and low-confidence extractions are flagged. Everything that meets your validation criteria moves forward automatically.
Step 5: Post to SAP B1
Clean, validated documents are posted directly into SAP Business One via the Service Layer API. The result is a draft or a fully posted record, depending on the posting rules you have set up.
